Location: Must be based in the US (WA, IL, NY, CA) or Canada (Ontario)

Salary: $117,200 – $194,700 USD (OTE range varies by location)

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects from post-sales to maintenance.
• Perform hands-on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements for diverse enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to address escalated technical issues.
• Mentor customers on service usage and act as a liaison to Product Management.
• Design new delivery offerings to improve scalability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Software development experience with languages such as Java, Ruby, .Net, or PHP.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and major MVC frameworks like React, Angular, or Ember.
• Knowledge of identity federation protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with SaaS deployments and enterprise identity lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Experience with API management tools like Mulesoft, Axway, or Apigee.
• Familiarity with AD and LDAP environments.
• Experience with popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
