Solution Consultant (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; onsite in the Denver office three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday. Travel to Berlin, Germany twice per year.

Compensation: USD 115,000–150,000 OTE per year, with variable incentive payout dependent on company and individual performance.

What you will do

• Create and deliver tailored demos and presentations that connect products, including AI tools, to persona pain points, workflows, and business outcomes.
• Partner with sales to identify target accounts, map buying groups, and refine stakeholder strategies.
• Build and maintain GTM assets such as pitch decks, demo flows, battlecards, and competitor intelligence.
• Analyze messaging consistency, win/loss trends, and engagement data to identify improvements.
• Enable sales through product training, best-practice guidance, and hands-on deal support.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or a strong product background.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA is a plus.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and the ability to create polished, structured, visually engaging business presentations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer-facing, commercial, and presentation skills, including experience leading calls and presentations for large audiences.
• Ability to work onsite in the Denver office three days per week.
