Solution Engineer (AI/SaaS)

Location: Hybrid work around US hubs, with New York City or Boston preferred; regular in-person touchpoints and shared office space are required.

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 base per year.

What you will do

• Design and support pre-sale and post-sale implementations of the Graphyte product suite.
• Manage complex technical projects and coordinate with Customer Success, Technical Project Management, and Technical Product Management teams.
• Work directly with client IT and business stakeholders to present technical concepts and develop practical solutions.
• Triage inbound technical questions and requests while serving as a key communication conduit.
• Maintain technical documentation and gather customer feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support, analytical, or consulting role.
• Experience delivering or implementing SaaS software in large enterprise environments.
• Experience working directly with APIs and common API protocols.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL commands.
• Familiarity with agile software development, Jira, GitHub, CSV, JSON, and secure data transfer tools.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
