Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom. This is an in-person role with office attendance Monday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Own implementation projects from initial scoping through successful launch across the core HRIS and Athena platforms.
• Lead complex data migrations for global organisations, using AI-assisted tools to prepare, validate, and check data quality.
• Configure the platform around organisational structures, workflows, and policies.
• Guide customers through integrations, APIs, and webhooks, explaining technical requirements clearly.
• Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations while resolving blockers and coordinating multiple projects.
• Improve implementation playbooks and workflows with AI, and share recurring customer feedback with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience owning SaaS implementation or onboarding projects involving complex data, ideally for enterprise or global customers.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within scope while managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail when handling data migration, validation, and product configuration.
• Practical experience using AI to materially improve implementation work.
• Confidence working with integrations, APIs, and webhooks, plus strong Google Sheets or Excel skills.
• Clear communication, sound judgement, and comfort improving processes in a developing environment.
