Technical Deployment Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the full deployment lifecycle, from scoping and design to configuration, integration, and go-live.
• Translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions that create measurable impact.
• Build intelligent workflows and AI-powered automations that connect the customer's full tech stack.
• Use AI and analytics capabilities to help customers identify patterns and scale operations.
• Partner closely with Sales, CS, and Product teams to ensure every deployment creates lasting value.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in high-performance environments like management consulting, implementation, or RevOps.
• Strong understanding of how systems connect and data flows.
• Ability to communicate simply and deliver solutions that drive results.
• Experience working collaboratively across commercial and technical domains.
• Self-directed, adaptable, and growth-minded approach to complex problem-solving.
• Must be based in London for on-site work.
