Senior Project Manager, CTO Support (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid in Palo Alto, California, United States

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own project plans and execution for initiatives sponsored by the CTO's office.
• Coordinate engineering, product, and delivery teams on CTO-level priorities.
• Prepare materials, updates, and briefings for CTO and executive reviews.
• Track action items and decisions from executive and technical leadership meetings.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations for high-visibility projects.
• Support strategic analysis and initiative scoping as directed by the CTO.

Requirements

• Project management experience supporting senior technical leadership.
• Strong organisational skills and comfort working in high-visibility, fast-changing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level briefing.
• Technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering leadership.
• Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive executive-level information.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Palo Alto, California.
