Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, with at least 2 days per week in the London office and customer travel across the UK

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per annum, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead an implementation pod comprising a Solutions Architect and a Solutions Specialist.
• Own a portfolio of enterprise customer implementations from initiation through completion.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, documentation, and status reporting.
• Coordinate customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure efficient delivery and strong customer outcomes.
• Improve project processes and tools to increase delivery speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven success delivering enterprise software implementation projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strategic approach to risk management, planning, prioritisation, and execution.
• Ability to remain calm, organised, and results-driven while managing multiple complex projects.
• Confidence presenting, reporting, and managing customer expectations throughout delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with workforce management or HR software.
• Experience managing customers in frontline or operationally complex industries.
