What you will do

• Assess business-unit teams, structure, and processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership and employees to strengthen work relationships, culture, productivity, and retention.
• Analyze people-related data and present insights that improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure execution of people programs and processes.
• Administer performance reviews, rewards and recognition, engagement programs, and other organization-wide initiatives.
• Support HR strategic planning and manage HR operations, including reports, management information, and payroll inputs.

Requirements

• Experience supporting a business unit through HR business partnering.
• Ability to analyze and communicate people data and analytics.
• Knowledge of HR policies, people practices, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Ability to manage HR operations, reports, and payroll-related inputs.
