Associate People Partner

Location: On-site in the London office, United Kingdom

Salary: £83,200–£107,300 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the day-to-day HR contact for employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.
• Support Go-to-Market managers and employees, including teams with commission-based and quota-carrying roles.
• Handle employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Coordinate performance reviews, compensation planning, engagement surveys, hiring logistics, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems while building People processes and documentation for the London office.
• Partner with People Partners across regions and contribute to the culture of the growing London office.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth technology company.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence acting as a first point of contact for employees at all levels.
• Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort with HR systems and basic people data and reporting; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, or another Go-to-Market or commercial function.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth technology company.
