What you will do

• Advise business leaders and design HR solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee development, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with recruitment and leadership to attract, reward, and develop talent.
• Handle complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment policies.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support employee morale, workplace effectiveness, and HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or PHR certification.
• At least 5 years of HR management experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercise independent judgment, and handle difficult conversations.
• Ability to travel as needed.
