Head of People

Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain; Workplace: Hybrid

hirify.global is a Barcelona-founded proptech startup providing fully furnished apartments for stays starting at one month, with offices across Western Europe.

What you will do

• Define and execute a scalable People strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and company culture.
• Lead and develop managers across Talent Acquisition, Office Management & Employee Experience, and People Operations.
• Oversee hiring strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.
• Drive performance, engagement, and retention frameworks.
• Ensure compliant, scalable People Operations and use People metrics for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Head of People managing direct reports.
• Experience in startups or scale-ups; Series B–C experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to build and execute People strategies.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge across Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
