Stores Clerk / Material Handler (Aerospace)

Location: Stratford, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 40,000–45,000 annually

Develops high-accuracy, critical components for commercial and defense aerospace platforms as part of an aviation technology organization with more than 50 years of experience.

What you will do

• Manage stores inventory, material locations, point-of-use inventory setups, and related ERP transactions.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
• Issue job orders, prepare kits, and support material transfers and shipments.
• Handle receiving and shipping, including OSV receiving and intercompany transfer orders.
• Provide administrative support to Operations and Quality through document scanning, reporting, and records processing.
• Maintain stores organization, location moves, setups, scrap ticket reports, and material transaction forms.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience providing cross-team support.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Education is not required; office systems administration, business, or accounting education is preferred.
• Work location: Stratford, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Syteline ERP or Infor ERP systems.
