Inventory Coordinator II (Aerospace)

Salary: $21.54–$26.92 USD per hour

What you will do

• Receive, process, store, and issue incoming materials according to FIFO procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver components and production kits accurately and on time based on production and transfer-order priorities.
• Maintain stock-point accuracy and ensure ERP records reflect actual inventory movements.
• Perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory issues.
• Manage stock rotation and support kitting for production and just-in-time fulfillment.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Knowledge of MRP or ERP systems.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements.
• Ability to work in a production environment with prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and computer work, plus occasional exposure to moderate noise, dust, and fumes.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience tracking serial-controlled and lot-controlled materials.
• Experience with ERP systems and fast-paced, rapidly growing environments.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
