Shipping and Receiving Associate

Location: Windsor, Nova Scotia, Canada; onsite at the Windsor facility

Salary: $19.86–$34.76 CAD per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

hirify.global’s BIOVECTRA business develops and manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients and advanced therapeutics, including products based on microbial fermentation, synthetic small molecules, plasmid DNA, mRNA, LNP, and sterile filling.

What you will do

• Prepare items for shipment, perform final verification, and complete accurate shipping documentation.
• Receive site deliveries, enter information into the ERP system, and notify or deliver materials to the appropriate departments.
• Segregate, quarantine, store, dispense, and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Maintain FEFO inventory practices, process material status updates, and document planned deviations when required by SOPs.
• Sample materials when required, maintain ERP records, and complete assigned housekeeping duties.
• Use and maintain warehouse material-handling equipment and keep Transportation of Dangerous Goods training current.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Availability for a full-time Sunday–Thursday schedule, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., on day shift.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Two years of warehouse experience and one year of experience working in an ERP environment.
• cGMP experience.
• WHMIS/HMIS, forklift, and TDG training.
