Project Manager - Grid Technologies (Power Transformers & High Voltage Switchgear)

What you will do

• Lead customer projects from order intake through execution and final handover.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams around safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project performance through key performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project risks and opportunities while driving proactive mitigation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of project management experience in technical, industrial, or energy project environments.
• Experience with project management, project coordination, or execution of technical projects, preferably in electrical infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken, are required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and health, safety, and environmental standards.
