Project Manager (Dutch-speaking)

Location: Hybrid role based at the London office, with regular commuting expected and travel to customer and partner sites in the UK and the Netherlands as needed.

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per year

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of customer implementation projects from kick-off through go-live and hypercare.
• Build relationships with customers, implementation partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders in English and Dutch.
• Coordinate delivery plans, third-party resources, technical consultants, solution architects, and partners.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reporting, and PMO governance.
• Manage risks, issues, scope changes, project budgets, timelines, and change orders.
• Run UAT and hypercare, ensure smooth handover to business-as-usual support, and improve PMO processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience running end-to-end projects, ideally in software, SaaS, or technology implementations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisation, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with autonomy and accountability.
• Fluent Dutch and English, with confidence managing stakeholder relationships and project communications in both languages.
• Must be comfortably commutable to the London office and have eligibility to work in the UK.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
