Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; occasional travel to other hirify.global locations or project sites may be required.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale construction, renovation and infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, external resources, contractors, consultants and regulatory stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks and business continuity.
• Build and challenge business cases, maintain CAPEX forecasts and report financial performance.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, politically sensitive topics and project governance decisions.
• Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement, lessons learned and knowledge sharing across Corporate Real Estate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management, building services engineering, system engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience managing construction, renovation or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in technically complex environments, preferably manufacturing, semiconductor, cleanroom or other high-tech industries.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing multiple stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, plus knowledge of construction regulations, quality standards and sustainability requirements.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is required. Dutch language skills are considered an advantage.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMBOK or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Dutch language skills.
