What you will do

• Lead large-scale, complex construction and renovation projects throughout the full lifecycle.
• Manage diverse stakeholder interests and facilitate alignment in politically sensitive environments.
• Oversee financial forecasting, CAPEX portfolio dashboards, and business case development.
• Ensure effective risk management and maintain project performance visibility.
• Safeguard quality standards during design, execution, and commissioning phases.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing construction, renovation, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in technically complex environments, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industries.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in project planning tools like Microsoft Project.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBoK.
• Dutch language skills.
