Benefits Account Service Representative

What you will do

• Process and manage high-volume numeric and account data for FSAs and HSAs.
• Provide customer service to clients and participants by phone and email.
• Answer questions about account activity, claims, and eligibility.
• Review information for accuracy and maintain records of communications and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data-related work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
