Media Buying Team Lead

Location: Fully remote; open to candidates globally

Salary: $40,000–$90,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Media Buyers and Media Analysts through coaching, feedback, and performance support.
• Review campaign performance, account health, testing activity, and execution quality across the team’s client portfolio.
• Act as an escalation point for complex performance and account challenges, helping the team diagnose issues and choose effective actions.
• Identify recurring execution problems and improve processes, documentation, and team routines with leadership.
• Support onboarding and training while identifying high-potential media professionals for increased responsibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Strong e-commerce media buying experience and experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
• Experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, or other major paid media platforms.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading media professionals.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, testing, optimization, and funnel performance.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and accountability skills, with experience working across multiple clients or brands.
