P&C Product Management Manager – State Management (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Location: United States; remote eligible across the continental U.S. Occasional business travel is required, and employees living within 60 miles of an applicable office may be expected to work onsite four days per week.

Salary: $103,450–$197,730 per year, with actual compensation based on experience, location, and market factors. Additional performance-based incentives may apply.

What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets covering state-level P&L, customer behavior, marketing, product performance, and investment effectiveness.
• Develop analytical recommendations supporting multi-year Property & Casualty state strategies and profitable growth.
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance-monitoring tools using data and analytics platforms.
• Partner with pricing, underwriting, claims, marketing, compliance, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activity, underwriting initiatives, rate levels, market trends, and product performance.
• Prepare product briefings and executive presentations, provide guidance to colleagues, and help mitigate business risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant product management experience involving data analysis, recommendations, and strategic decision-making; an advanced business degree may reduce the experience requirement to 2 years.
• At least 2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Experience analyzing product performance, market dynamics, competitor underwriting strategies, and rate-level information.
• Proficiency with Excel and tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, R, SAS, or comparable platforms.
• Must be able to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
