Insurance Product Manager

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Seattle and the listed restricted states and jurisdictions

Salary: $138,800–$194,300 annually, plus eligibility for long-term incentive awards

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of product, pricing, and underwriting initiatives at state and national levels.
• Drive profitable growth while maintaining loss ratio discipline, risk tolerance, and accurate forecasts.
• Manage catastrophe and concentration risk across assigned markets.
• Analyze competitors, develop competitive intelligence, and share market insights.
• Track product performance, recommend KPIs, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Partner with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, sales, IT, and operations teams to deliver compliant, customer-focused products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, actuarial, finance, or related insurance roles.
• At least 5 years of experience in homeowners insurance.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance and reinsurance, including regulations, market trends, and competition.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving, financial, and regulatory skills.
• Applicants must be eligible for the US remote arrangement; applicants from Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming are not considered.
