Insurance Product Manager (Insurtech)

Location: Waltham, MA (hybrid)

Salary: $140,000–$192,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential performance-based incentive.

What you will do

• Launch new insurance products, customer segments, and partnerships from zero to one.
• Own the product roadmap, including coverage, pricing, and growth initiative prioritization.
• Conduct industry research, competitive benchmarking, and interviews with small business owners.
• Drive growth and profitability through pricing optimization, tailored coverage, underwriting improvements, and expansion into new geographies and segments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Compliance, Customer Operations, and Legal.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical products from ideation through successful launch.
• Experience in insurtech, fintech, regtech, or other regulated products.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and comfortably navigate ambiguity.
• Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership.
