Location: Remote, USA. Employment requires authorization to work in the United States and participation in applicable employment eligibility verification.
Salary: $148,000–$170,000 for candidates in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle; $135,000–$153,000 elsewhere. Target annual bonus: 10% of salary, with potential additional incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of data products and infrastructure across platform integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
- Define business problems and priorities across clinical, operational, regulatory, financial, administrative, and growth data.
- Write technical specifications covering metric definitions, cohort logic, source-to-target mappings, and delivery requirements.
- Manage Jira backlogs, sprint processes, execution tracking, dashboard design, quality control, UAT, sign-off, and rollout.
- Use SQL and Git to query, validate, troubleshoot data, and review code alongside engineering.
- Triage ad hoc data requests, distinguish quick fixes from roadmap work, and use AI tools to accelerate product workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management, data/BI, or a related field, with experience shipping data products, dashboards, or reporting tools end-to-end.
- Solid understanding of healthcare data ontologies, systems, and information technology.
- Proficiency in SQL for independent querying, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to write precise technical specifications and partner with business stakeholders and end users through requirements gathering and UAT.
- Familiarity with Jira, Git, Power BI, and cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Azure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; the role is remote within the USA.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Jira or similar tools.
- Experience in PACE, value-based care, or another regulated and compliance-driven environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards such as CPT, ICD-10, NDC, FHIR, or HL7.
- Experience with Epic systems, including Clarity, Caboodle, or Chronicles, and medical or pharmacy claims data.
