Client Service Representative - Part-time (20hrs/weekly - 3 Months Contract)

Location: On-site in Alberton, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, account management, products, and transactions.
• Answer client questions and resolve issues through active listening, questioning, and ownership.
• Connect clients with the appropriate CIBC team members to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, across multiple nearby locations.

Requirements

• Client service and customer experience skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and transaction services.
• Digital literacy and confidence explaining mobile banking technology.
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and client issue resolution skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
