What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day account and banking product needs.
• Answer questions, assist with transactions, and resolve client issues.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global specialists to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and other digital tools.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, and support multiple nearby banking centres when required.

Requirements

• Client-focused approach with strong empathy and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to listen, ask questions, solve problems, and take accountability for client issues.
• Knowledge of or interest in financial services products and transaction services.
• Digital literacy and willingness to learn mobile banking technology.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Must be available for onsite work and flexible banking centre hours.
