Client Service Representative, 35h/weekly - Chicoutimi, QC

Location: On-site in Chicoutimi, QC, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, account questions, and financial products.
• Process transactions and resolve client issues with accountability and empathy.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global specialists to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital banking tools.
• Work flexibly during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Strong client service, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and transaction services.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain mobile banking tools.
• Willingness to work on-site and at multiple nearby banking centres.
