Client Service Representative - Part-time (15 hours/week) (Banking)

Location: On-site in Carbonear, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, accounts, and financial products.
• Answer questions and assist with banking transactions.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global team members to support their financial goals.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and taking accountability.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Client-focused approach with strong empathy and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to solve problems and take ownership of client issues.
• Interest in learning financial services products and digital banking technology.
• Flexibility to work on-site, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
