Project Architect / Internal Design - EV Construction

Location: Remote, based in the United States

Annual base salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, role level, and location.

What you will do

• Develop architectural drawing packages for multiple concurrent EV facility projects, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
• Produce site layouts, feasibility studies, and early-stage design concepts for new and existing EV operations facilities.
• Research building and construction codes across jurisdictions and prepare site-specific code analyses.
• Create, maintain, and audit Revit models, supporting reliable BIM deliverables and coordinated project information.
• Develop BIM standards, templates, families, shared parameters, project documentation, and reusable prototype resources.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders while managing competing priorities, quality, documentation consistency, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing professional licensure.
• 6+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with schematic design, design development documentation, BIM model management, quality control, and documentation standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, project coordination, communication, organization, and detail-oriented documentation practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with EV, automotive, industrial, mission-critical, or prototype facility design.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and energy-efficient design strategies.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Miro.
