What you will do

• Develop and maintain BIM models and associated project documentation throughout all project phases.
• Produce high-quality design and construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate models between Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems.
• Support the creation and organization of BIM content, templates, and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
• Participate in Digital Delivery and BIM process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Technical diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional architectural or architectural engineering drafting/modeling experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Autodesk Forma (ACC), and/or BIM 360 environments.
• Strong understanding of architectural systems and construction documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamo or other BIM automation tools.
• Proven experience with model coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, content management, and digital delivery processes.
