What you will do
- Lead technical discovery calls with enterprise prospects to assess compliance needs, integration requirements, and cross-border trade complexity.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on each prospect’s technical environment, business model, workflows, and compliance priorities.
- Translate regulatory and international trade requirements into solution architectures using ’s unified API, connectors, and cross-border platform.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, technical documentation, and implementation scoping across the EMEA prospect base.
- Coordinate with sales, certified implementation partners, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to enable smooth handoffs.
- Provide market feedback, maintain knowledge of global mandate roadmaps, and help shape the cross-border product roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical product roles, preferably in cross-border trade, compliance automation, ecommerce, or related solutions.
- Strong understanding of cross-border compliance frameworks, international trade regulations, global marketplaces, shipping, and logistics.
- Experience with APIs, integration design, or solution architecture.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Adobe, BigCommerce, and Woo, plus ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong communication, presentation, product demonstration, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience supporting multinational enterprise sales cycles across EMEA and communicating complex technical information to technical and business audiences.
