Onshore Project Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale power plant projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Optimize workflows, apply data-driven insights, and coach project teams across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; project management certification such as PMP is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience leading large-scale projects in power generation, energy, or related industries.
• Expertise in EPC, turnkey, and lump-sum projects, including project, interface, and construction management.
• Site experience during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and plant start-up.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, contract administration, and dispute resolution.
• Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP.
• Arabic language proficiency.
