Staff Project Manager - Spain

Location: Remote, Europe; travel up to 50% during key project phases. The role includes regular fabricator visits and site visits during construction and commissioning.

What you will do

• Lead European electrolysis plant projects from customer purchase order through design, construction, deployment, and completion.
• Serve as the primary customer interface and coordinate US-based engineering teams, vendors, stakeholders, and external resources.
• Manage project schedules, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning milestones, budgets, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Own Management of Change and Request for Information processes.
• Track contractual requirements, communicate project status and risks, and maintain project momentum.
• Visit fabricators and construction sites to assess progress and resolve execution issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience leading petrochemical refining, renewable energy, gas processing, or power systems plant projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience serving as the primary customer contact for major equipment or plant projects.
• Understanding of EU project execution requirements and best practices.
• Fluent English required; Spanish fluency and experience executing projects in Spain are preferred.
