What you will do

• Lead and manage new development projects for hybrid power plant control, ensuring compliance with budget, quality, and schedule targets.
• Define and control project scope in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate new project initiatives and provide guidance during approval and initiation phases.
• Coordinate schedules and interdependencies across multiple product platforms.
• Prepare status reports and manage escalations to governance bodies and steering committees.
• Oversee technical coordination, including risk assessment and mitigation, and execute prototype testing and validation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Many years of experience in strategic projects within the wind industry.
• Proven experience managing projects related to hybrid power plant control, including WTG, PV, BESS, and Electrolyzers.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
• Availability to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project Server, JIRA, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ERP and PLM systems.
• Spanish or German language skills.
• Experience working with multicultural teams across different time zones.
