Construction Project Manager (Offshore Wind)

Location: United States of America; listed locations include Orlando, Florida, and Virginia. Travel to project sites, ports, fabrication facilities, and offshore locations is required as business needs demand.

What you will do

• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for offshore construction work packages.
• Lead installation, construction, commissioning, and handover activities while meeting scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Monitor milestones and performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, supply chain, quality, HSE, and site management teams.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, including contract administration, performance management, procurement support, and claims resolution.
• Manage project risks and financial performance, and present forecasts, status updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Typically 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with project management methodologies, project controls, scheduling, risk management, commercial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong experience managing contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors in complex project environments.
• PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience in offshore wind, offshore energy, renewables, power generation, or major industrial construction.
• Experience using project scheduling and project management tools.
