Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Nashville, TN (Onsite)

What you will do

• Manage project lifecycles from feasibility studies through engineering and construction.
• Coordinate all engineering disciplines to ensure project deliverables and constructability.
• Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, and capital funding documentation.
• Lead business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and prospective clients.
• Prepare RFP proposals, including project write-ups, resumes, and fee developments.
• Supervise project execution to ensure commitments regarding time, quality, and cost are met.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Must be able to work onsite in Nashville, TN.
• Experience in Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project execution methods.
• Strong knowledge of project approach and system design.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
