Universal Banker I (Financial Services)

Location: On-site full-time in Calgary, AB, Canada; flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities and recommend appropriate financial products and solutions.
• Provide forward-looking financial planning support using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, networking, and referrals.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work collaboratively to connect clients with the right people and opportunities across the bank.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Interest in learning and developing knowledge of financial products and services.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
