Leadership Development Program (Automotive Operations)

Location: NC-RTP-Durham Car Care Plus, United States. Onsite work in a Car Care Center; service center hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Schedule and shift assignments depend on the technician position and level.

Salary: $55,000–$80,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential based on performance.

What you will do

• Rotate through customer service, sales, operations, and financial performance functions to learn how to run a Car Care Center.
• Manage daily operations, including payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor sales and financial results and implement action plans to achieve profitability goals.
• Recruit, schedule, develop, coach, and manage employees.
• Partner with area and regional leaders on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
• Resolve customer concerns, identify additional member needs, and enforce workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Two or more years of leadership experience, including managing direct reports and delivering face-to-face customer service.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to analyze performance, assess risks, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to lead teams, build partnerships, communicate effectively, and achieve results through collaboration and accountability.
• Ability to stand and work on foot for the entire shift, lift and carry automotive parts and equipment averaging up to approximately 80 pounds, and work in heat, noise, and odors.
