Management Trainee (John Wayne Airport)

Location: Santa Ana, California, USA. This is an onsite role requiring work and travel within the United States, with temporary assignments and up to 50% travel during the first year.

Compensation: $24.20 per hour, plus a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Complete a structured 12-month management trainee program in branch and airport operations.
• Support operational goals, improve efficiency, and contribute to team performance.
• Gain practical experience in sales, customer service, fleet management, and performance management.
• Work in day-to-day operations and develop skills in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to develop leadership capabilities.
• Transition into a leadership position anywhere in the United States after successful completion of the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in sales, customer service, tourism, hospitality, or management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership.
• Availability to work and travel within the United States, including temporary assignments and up to 50% travel during the first year.
• Valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
