Management Trainee (Phoenix International Airport)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; required work and travel within the United States, with temporary assignments and up to 50% travel during the first year.

Salary: $21.85 per hour, plus a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Complete a structured 12-month management trainee program.
• Support branch operational goals, efficiency, and business performance.
• Work across sales, customer service, fleet management, and performance management.
• Take part in daily operations, including sales and fleet activities.
• Develop leadership, communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in sales, customer service, tourism, hospitality, or management.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership.
• Availability to work and travel within the United States, including temporary assignments and up to 50% travel during the first year.
• Valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience.
