Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Salary: $110,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead purchasing activities and establish sourcing, negotiation, and procurement policies.
• Oversee material requirements planning, demand forecasting, production scheduling, and MRP parameter optimization.
• Manage inventory control, cycle counts, inventory strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, freight, and transportation.
• Oversee stockroom and warehouse operations, ERP transactions, material flow, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Manage budgets and cost-reduction initiatives while leading, mentoring, and evaluating a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary supply chain teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry compliance requirements, including export/import and hazardous-material regulations.
• Deep experience with enterprise resource planning and warehouse management systems.
• Proven experience in inventory optimization, supplier management, and material availability performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
