R&D Electrical Hardware Engineer

What you will do

• Serve as the primary electrical engineering technical lead for PCA design and system-level integration across NPI programs.
• Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and engineering decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive end-to-end PCA design, including schematic development, layout review, and validation.
• Define and enforce electrical engineering best practices, design guidelines, and quality standards.
• Address SI/PI, EMC/EMI, thermal, DfX, failure analysis, and corrective-action requirements.
• Coordinate with mechanical engineering, firmware, operations, suppliers, and global engineering teams to resolve issues and balance cost, schedule, and manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a project lead or in an equivalent technical leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering PCA design.
• Experience delivering at least two NPI products from concept through production.
• Strong experience with electrical engineering, hardware design, printed circuit boards, schematic capture, simulations, debugging, oscilloscopes, and systems design.
• Clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ or Python.
