Associate Engineer, Process Engineering

What you will do

• Perform 12-hour rotating shift duties supporting silicon wafer production and maintaining process integrity for production equipment.
• Assist with process qualification, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting to minimize lot hold time.
• Monitor and improve qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools.
• Coordinate with specialists to meet module objectives and ensure SOP compliance.
• Support process improvement projects, QIT programs, productivity and output-quality initiatives, and internal audits with QA.
• Maintain housekeeping, equipment custody, and safe production practices while supporting EHS and security programs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in Singapore.
• Good teamwork skills.
