Senior Engineer, Fab Technology (CMP)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; the role includes customer onsite product evaluations and qualifications across Southeast Asia.

What you will do

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in the semiconductor CMP polishing market across Southeast Asia.
• Build customer relationships and understand technical and operational requirements.
• Present tailored technical solutions and proposals that demonstrate customer value.
• Collaborate with R&D, MSE, and business units to translate customer needs into optimized solutions.
• Support customer onsite product evaluations, qualifications, and integration into manufacturing processes.
• Provide customer evaluation feedback to guide product improvements and support technical engagement meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Required: experience with CMP.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly CMP polishing.
• Experience engaging customers and managing technical discussions.
• Excellent technical and business communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in Southeast Asia’s semiconductor industry.
