Financial Services Representative - Ormstown

Location: On-site full-time in Ormstown, Quebec, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and financial goals.
• Provide tailored advice and recommend cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant banking specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of critical thinking.
• Strong relationship-building, teamwork, accountability, and communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Willingness to complete attribute-based assessments, skills tests, and potentially a French proficiency test.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
