Senior Technical Support Engineer (Transformers)

What you will do

• Support sales activities through customer visits, product introductions, technical presentations, qualification documents, and technical consulting.
• Plan and prepare technically accurate proposals according to customer specifications and required timelines.
• Prepare bidding documents, define bid strategies, calculate and optimize costs, submit bids, and manage clarifications.
• Negotiate and sign technical contracts and conduct win-loss analyses.
• Hand awarded projects over to engineering and support project execution.
• Organize customer meetings and maintain the historical project proposal database while improving win rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, automation, or a manufacturing-related field.
• At least 3 years of technical experience with dry transformers.
• Experience in engineering design is preferred.
• Written English is required for efficient communication with clients across cultures; fluent English communication is preferred.
