Service Engineer (Elevators and Escalators)

What you will do

• Plan, monitor, and audit monthly preventive maintenance for elevators and escalators.
• Monitor corrective maintenance, breakdowns, troubleshooting activities, and planned shutdowns.
• Analyze maintenance and breakdown reports and prepare action plans to improve equipment reliability.
• Support technicians and troubleshooters, including training plan development and roster scheduling.
• Coordinate with clients on operational support, repair claims, contractual requirements, and service meetings.
• Manage spare-parts consumption, estimate requirements, identify cost-saving alternatives, and prepare client reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in site engineering.
• Ability to use specialized measuring and monitoring equipment and computer-based software.
• Ability to complete assigned projects independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication and professional collaboration skills.
• Ability to review method statements and prepare or revise safe operating procedures in line with HSE requirements.
