What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical maintenance and repair activities for power station equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and components.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance programs, resources, and targets.
• Support troubleshooting and contribute to plant availability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and follow operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair within power plants or similar industrial environments.
• Solid experience in power station operations.
• Strong understanding of EHS regulations and safety compliance.
• Ability to establish, manage, and monitor maintenance programs in line with legal and company standards.
• Strong documentation, record-keeping, collaboration, and continuous-improvement skills.
