I&C Maintenance Engineer Burullus (Power Plants)

Location: Baltim, Kafr ash Shaykh, Egypt; on-site power plant maintenance role

What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and test instrumentation and control equipment, including automation processors, sensors, and drives.
• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance to improve system reliability, availability, and plant performance.
• Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
• Use Siemens SPPA-T3000, PLC Step 7, and SPPA-M3000 for diagnostics, optimization, fault reporting, work-order management, and material requests.
• Implement control-system and instrumentation modifications, perform interlock checks, and optimize control circuits.
• Maintain technical documentation, interpret schematics and I&C diagrams, and follow PTW, HS&E, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial service or maintenance, preferably in power plants; motivated fresh graduates may also apply.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance capabilities.
• Proficiency in Siemens SPPA-T3000, PLC Step 7, and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and I&C diagrams.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, safety, and quality-assurance skills.
