Technical Lead (React)

Location: Remote work-from-home options with flexible work hours; a stable schedule and availability for scheduled meetings and ad-hoc communications are required.

Salary: $242,000–$265,000 per year, plus an additional $60,000–$66,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team developing a Learning Management System for cybersecurity courses.
• Capture and evaluate requirements from multiple customer groups.
• Lead epic and issue creation, sprint planning, and release scheduling.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and support new and modified LMS features.
• Review merge requests for coding standards, accuracy, and completeness.
• Coordinate development efforts to meet LMS release schedules and customer needs.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly is required.
• At least 13 years of applicable software development experience, with permitted education substitutions; the stated education paths require a master's degree plus 5 years, or a bachelor's degree plus 10 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, React/Redux, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of Python, shell scripting, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON/XML, jQuery, and SQL/NoSQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization services such as vCenter, and cloud or on-premises application environments.
• Ability to design enterprise systems, integrate independent systems, apply Section 508 compliance to UX/UI, and lead a small agile development team.
