Senior IT Transformation & Integration Manager

Location: Elsbethen, Austria

Salary: EUR 2,535 gross per month minimum; market-oriented compensation may be significantly higher.

hirify.global’s global IT organization supports team sports, brand extension businesses, and other subsidiaries through strategic technology transformation and integration.

What you will do

• Lead the IT agenda for strategic projects, subsidiaries, and business units, translating business needs into roadmaps and actionable plans.
• Drive alignment among senior stakeholders, business leaders, local and central IT functions, suppliers, and implementation partners.
• Lead complex IT projects and cross-functional programmes from planning through delivery, managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Establish governance, KPIs, dashboards, management reporting, and performance transparency across initiatives and integrations.
• Manage suppliers, vendor relationships, sourcing activities, contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Modernize processes, strengthen integration capabilities, improve IT service maturity, and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

• Higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical IT experience.
• Fluent English required; German or another additional language is an advantage.
• Several years of broad IT experience across enterprise applications, infrastructure, software delivery, IT service management, project management, testing, consulting, security, and digital transformation.
• At least 7 years of management and leadership experience in complex IT environments, ideally across global business lines, subsidiaries, or international stakeholder groups.
• Experience with IT governance, strategy execution, portfolio management, programme delivery, service quality improvement, management reporting, and complex multi-workstream programmes.
• Strong skills in planning, budget control, resource coordination, risk and issue management, change control, supplier management, executive reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
